What's new & outstanding features
Android system
The all-new xRIDERSmart is equipped with the Android system usual on smartphones, and Google services are also available on it, thus pre-installed e.g. Google Maps as well, but the Google Play Store lets you install lots of apps on your device
Improved hardware
In addition to the quad-core MTK system chip, 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage are available, making it easy to use almost any navigation application
The storage can be further expanded with a microSD memory card
New display
The resistive display of the original xRider has been replaced with a new capacitive screen in xRIDERSmart for the Android system to work properly
WiFi & Internet
Built-in WiFi allows you to use applications that run online traffic monitoring services
Using your phone as a WiFi hotspot on the go, you can even provide a continuous internet connection to xRIDERSmart, thus, you can use the online services of e.g. Google Maps or Waze - while riding the motorbike

WayteQ xRIDERSmart is equipped with IPX7 compliant water protection, so no heavy rain should be a problem during use

The all-new, capacitive, multitouch touch screen has the usual extraordinarily large 700 nits of maximum brightness

Bluetooth
The Android-based xRIDERSmart ’s built-in Bluetooth module easily connects to the helmet's built-in headset or car audio system, so you can get easy-to-understand instructions from the device or even use it as a music player
Car set & accessories
WayteQ xRIDERSmart is designed for motorcycling, but it also fits in the car, as the accessories needed for car use (holder, charger) are also included in the box
The active, continuously charging cradle together with the rugged mounting kit and the direct connection cable are also included
FM transmitting
In almost any car, an easy-to-use feature for playing audio through the car radio is the built-in FM transmitter
This feature has also been inherited by the new xRIDERSmart
